SOGEC@SHNET helps customers save time and do banking exactly when they need to. With our online banking service, you no longer have to stand in a queue or wait for your turn in the bank. It is a convenient way to have 24 hour-a-day access to your account balance, make payments and view your statements anywhere and anytime.

With SOGEC@SHNET, you can have access to :
  • information on your accounts : balance, statements, detailed pre-posted reporting.
  • online services: order a Business card or a checkbook by downloading an application form.
You can also make :
  • domestic and international transfers
  • file transfers

This service can be accessible to every corporate client of Société Générale. To have access to its various functionalities, you need to subscribe to SOGEC@SHNET with the assistance of your account manager.
You will receive your DIGIPASS as soon as you complete your subscription.
Not yet a customer? You can also subscribe to the service by opening an account in a Société Générale branch.
QWhat material do I need to access SOGEC@SHNET site ?

All you need is a computer connected to internet and an internet Explorer version compatible with a 128 bits Secured Sockets Layer high-resolution encryption system.
QWhat does it cost to access SOGEC@SHNET ?

The monthly subscription to SOGEC@SHNET depends on the package and the additional options chosen by the customer (excluding internet communication and connection fee). For further information, you can contact your account manager for all subscription details.

QHow much security does SOGEC@SHNET provide ?

SOGEC@SHNET ensures the security and confidentiality of your data and banking transactions thanks to :
  • The double key that consists of your subscriber code or user ID (internet access code) and your highly secured authentication device.
  • The 128 bits Secured Sockets Layer high-resolution encryption system. Your communications are encrypted in such a way that no third party can access your subscriber code or your personal banking data.
    Thus, the letter "s" always appears on the URL address bar after "http".
  • Firewalls put in place by Société Générale.

Simply type https://sogecashnet.sgbg.net/smartoffice/ in the internet browser and then identify yourself with the authentication code that was given to you during your subscription (digipass).
QWhat are the necessary codes to use to access SOGEC@SHNET ?

To use SOGEC@SHNET, you need :
  • A subscriber code or User ID (user identification) that is given to you during the signing of your contract.
  • An authentication device: a digipass specified when you subscribed.
QWhat should I do in case of lost of my subscriber code or of the authentication device ?

If you forget your subscriber code or lose your authentication device (digipass), you should contact your account manager who will provide you with your subscriber code or simply issue you a new authentication device which will be given to you personally.
As soon as this request is completed, we strongly advise you not to use your SOGEC@SHNET subscription until you receive your new authentication device or else your access to the service will be blocked again.
